First and foremost its important to understand that all our products are handmade and basically none is the same even for the same chosen products. Small differences may occur. We try to have our products made the same way but sometimes that extremely hard. In your situation and to our own standards (and rightfully yours as well) the difference was not acceptable. Our team is going to contact you and offer you ; 1) a partial refund and keep the item or 2) a total refund and return the product. Either way we will resolve your problem .
