We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Shipping
- We will send your order normally within 1 to 2 working days. Working days are from Monday to Friday.
- If email and / or a mobile number is provided, the courier company will normally inform you about a date and delivery time. This is the responsibility of the courier company.
- We do not guarantee a specific date or time of delivery, but commit ourselves to make delivery as soon as possible, this would normally be within 2 days after your order has been shipped of which you will be notified by email. Please make sure your email is registered correct.
- Shipping cost start at 5 Euro plus 1 Euro for each Kg for orders less than 1000 Euro
- We only ship to the mainland Spain and Portugal (Iberian Peninsula). We do not ship to the Balearic nor Canary Island.
Returns
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (support@homedecobali.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.
- Once we have been notified by email, you will receive further instructions how and where to send your products.
- To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of this right before the withdrawal period expires
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In case we do not receive the item(s) in the same conditions as they were shipped, we will individually assess the item(s) and decide how much value has been lost. Its loss in value will be decucted from the amount to refunded.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message via our contact form here. Our sales team wil provide a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation number) number and shipping details.
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
